Final Fantasy 7 comes to the Commonwealth with this Fallout 4 mod - stewartreass1980

User Darktryad has announced on Reddit they're making a Midgar modernistic for Side effect 4 with a preview video screening their progress in recreating Gaia's capital metropolis in the RPG game's world thus utmost – and it's jolly spectacular. From what you can see in the video (enclosed below), information technology looks ilk a faithful representation of the FF7 city, with its defined circular anatomy, eight Mako pillars (numbered), and the skyscraping pillar at its centre.

Excitingly, information technology looks like the modder has plans beyond creating the structure. In the Reddit thread, they enunciat "there will be quests, only thus removed I've just been building up the city construction. The main playable area will be in Sector 8." They add: "Quests may proceeds you to opposite parts of the urban center, nonetheless. I'm hoping to incu other modders interested in building Midgar with Pine Tree State, then the cathode-ray oscilloscope/features could be much ambitious."

They as wel explain a little about how they are able to make the mod, saying: "Everything is based on FF7's original pre-rendered backgrounds" and that they tin "remake virtually any area from FFVII using just Fallout's stock assets more operating room less. And I fanny bring custom meshes/textures into the game if necessary also."

Information technology's not clear from the post if, when, operating theatre where the Midgar Fallout 4 mod might become available for players to download. Presumption it already looks impressive, hopefully it's not also long before it'll cost ready to catch up and bring to the Commonwealth.
