How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

Alarms on your Fitbit device vibrate to gently awake or alarm y'all at a ready time.

Note that alarms you prepare in the Alarms app on Fitbit Sense, Fitbit Versa two, and Fitbit Versa iii are split from alarms y'all set with your voice assistant. For more information on using your phonation assistant to set up alarms, see How do I use a voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch?

  1. On your device, open the Alarms app. You see your adjacent scheduled alarms and the option to set a new alarm.
  2. Tap + New Alarm. Swipe up to see this option if you already created multiple alarms.
  3. Set the alarm:
    • Sense and Versa 3—Swipe upward and downwardly to set the alert time. Tap am or pm. When y'all're done, tap the fourth dimension to set it.
    • Charge iii, Accuse four, Ionic, Versa, Versa Light Edition, and Versa two—Tap the time, and swipe to set the alarm time. Be certain to set am or pm. Press the back button on your device.
    • Charge 5 and Luxe—Swipe upwardly and downwards to cull the time, and tap to select it. Tap am or pm.
  4. Choose to turn on Smart Wake. When enabled, Smart Wake attempts to find the best fourth dimension to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm fourth dimension you set. It avoids waking yous during deep sleep and then you're more than likely to wake up feeling refreshed. If Smart Wake can't find the best time to wake you, your alarm alerts you at the set time.
  5. Choose the days you want to be alerted.
  6. Save your alarm:
    • Charge v, Luxe, Sense, and Versa 3—Swipe correct to see your alarms.
    • Charge 3, Accuse 4, Ionic, Versa, Versa Lite Edition, and Versa two—Press the dorsum button to see your alarms.

Note that on Ionic, Sense, and Versa series, alarms won't go off if your device has less than eight% battery.
